Mesculean Salad  Mixture of crisp greens, fresh tomato, cucumber, carrot, cured artichoke heart & black olives 

Tomato & Mozzarella Salad Ripe tomatoes & fresh buffalo mozzarella, drizzled with aged balsamic reduction and pesto 

Caesar Salad Hearts of romaine lettuce tossed with homemade croutons, Parmesan cheese and our homemade Caesar dressing 

Hamburger or Cheeseburger A juicy burger grilled to your liking, served on a toasted bun with French fries 

Stir fry Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich Succulent chicken breast marinated in honey mustard tossed with onions and peppers and served over a bun with French fries & ranch dressing 

Grilled Blackened Mahi Mahi Sandwich Filet of Mahi Mahi grilled to perfection, served on a toasted bun with French fries & tartar sauce 

Fajita Steak Wrap Fajita seasoned Philly steak tossed with julienne of onion & peppers wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla and served with jerk mayonnaise 

Chicken Tikka Wrap Grilled breast of chicken breast marinated with mild Indian spices wrapped in a sundried tomato tortilla with lettuce, tomato & red onion served with a yogurt dip & French fries 

Bacon & Chicken Wrap Crisp bacon, grilled chicken, ripe tomato & lettuce wrapped in tortilla served with French fries & ranch or bleu cheese dressing 

Chicken or Fish and Chips Tilapia fried in a light beer batter or strips of chicken served with fries, ranch or tartar sauce 

Penne Pasta with grilled Chicken or Shrimp Cooked to order in tomato marinara sauce with choice of chicken or shrimp 

Chicken Quesadilla Stacked tortillas served with Monterrey Jack and Cheddar cheese melted with onions, peppers served with sour cream dip, guacamole and salsa

TEQUILA JUMBO SHRIMP, mildly spiced tequila flambé grilled jumbo shrimp served with basmati rice and stir fried okra                     

PORK TENDERLOIN MARSALA, morsels of tenderloin sautéed to your liking and topped with a delicate Marsala sauce                       

GRILLED ANGUS NEW YORK STEAK, black pepper crusted sirloin steak served with mushroom & sweet corn au jus  -10 oz          

CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA, tender chicken morsels marinated in mild Indian spices, finished w/ a delicate sauce, served w/ green pea rice, papadum & mango chutney                                       

SPINACH & RICOTA CHEESE RAVIOLI, cooked to order with arabiata sauce, from tomato & red chili flakes                               

SEAFOOD MEDLEY, shrimp, mussels & mahi mahi tossed in garlic, olive oil, white wine sauce served on top of linguini                    

CURRIED SEAFOOD MEDLEY cooked in a blend of mild spices with a touch of tomato sauce, served with basmati rice and papadum

SEAFOOD ALFREDO, linguini tossed in a light cream sauce mixed with a medley of mussels, shrimp and mahi-mahi

PASTA MEDITERRANO, fusilli tossed with olives, capers, Mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes in a tomato marinara sauce
